Specialized Targeting.

At Salter Recruiting, we utilize a refined multifaceted approach to find the highest quality candidates on the market. At a high level, we employ a three pronged procedure: System, Search, Sort.

Search. For instance, along with our other major candidate pools, we commonly use LinkedIn Recruiter as a starting point. It is a premium package that provides access to potential candidates. At Salter Recruiting, we leverage these candidate search platforms as an efficient way to gather applicants into the first level of our funnel.

System. At Salter Recruiting we have a tried and tested system for filtering our candidate pools into a manageable scope. This system involves some specially curated in-house tools to scrape and process the available web data as well as externally pre-built tools such as Boolean Search. Our team is trained on the art of Boolean Search, to adequately and relevantly narrow the complexity of our first level funnel.

Sort. Sorting is the real guts of the operation. The sorting process is necessarily a manual job and requires domain knowlege and hard work. With our organized candidate list from the previous System step, we personally go through every potential candidates profile to determine if they have the qualifications for your position. If they do then we connect with them using our tested offering dialogue.

Data Driven Qualification

Initial Evaluation

After our fast and agile targeting phase, we go through the rounds of hooking, connecting, and interviewing the top tier of our choice candidates. We do an in depth interview of each candidate to assess the overall fit and value that each individual has to offer your company. We then summerize the transcript of each interview session for your transparency and benefit.

Background Check

As an extra-step we fully vet each candidate to make sure that they are who they portray themselves to be. We check all of their references as well as talk with their previous employers and co-workers. This paints a more full and accurate picture of each candidate to help you make the best overall choice.
Aditionally, upon request, our sister company - Social Wise A.I. can preform a comprehensive social media background check to locate content of interest (or disinterest).

Begin Assessments

We give each and every potential hire a series of assessments. Our battery of tests are structured to tease out the nuanced strengths and weaknesses associated with each candidate. The tests we offer are widely validated and not only help you with your hiring choices but also can be used to inform future management decisions.

Performance & Satisfaction Rankings

We then take all of this candidate data and intelligently run it through our ranking system. Our multivariate analysis produces a structured list of candidates organized along the performance and satisfaction axes. You now have a lineup and corrsponding data. This empowers you to selectively take interviews and extract optimum value from each.

Cognitive Ability Assessment

Our fully validated cognitive ability assessment inspects each potential hire's ability to analyze information and learn necessary job skills. Competency as a metric depicts a general reflection of an employee's ability to adapt to novel situations, learn new skills, and think critically.

Personality Assessment

Our peronality assessments determine a potential hire's optimal placement and long-term value. At Salter Recruiting, we follow through. We do not consider our job done when we simply compile you a candidate list. We personally set up each in-person candidate interview for you based on your schedule. We prep each candidate beforehand and follow up to assure timeliness. Your time is valuable and we value that.
